- Within 1 business day for most tickets (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET).
- Within 24 hours for urgent print or payment issues, including weekends.
What to include
- The email address on your ArtMosa account.
- Your order ID or transaction ID (visible in your dashboard).
- A short description of the issue and, if relevant, a photo.
