Response times

  • Within 1 business day for most tickets (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 CET).
  • Within 24 hours for urgent print or payment issues, including weekends.

What to include

  1. The email address on your ArtMosa account.
  2. Your order ID or transaction ID (visible in your dashboard).
  3. A short description of the issue and, if relevant, a photo.
