Proof That You Receive What You Buy

Every purchase on ArtMosa leaves a paper trail you can verify yourself — no need to take our word for it.

1. Receipts

The moment a payment succeeds, Stripe emails you an itemised receipt with the amount, currency, product, VAT (where applicable) and a unique transaction ID. The same record appears in your ArtMosa dashboard under Billing history.

2. Digital products (credits & HD downloads)

  • Credits land in your account within seconds of payment. Your credit balance is shown in the top right of every authenticated page.
  • Every HD download is logged in Dashboard → Creations with a timestamp and a re-download link valid for 30 days.
  • A credit_transactions ledger records every top-up, spend and refund. You can export it from your account page.

3. Physical prints

  • As soon as your print ships, our production partner provides a carrier tracking number (DHL, UPS, USPS, DPD or local equivalent).
  • You receive a shipping email with the tracking link, and the same link is shown in Dashboard → Orders → [your order].
  • The carrier records delivery confirmation (and a signature on eligible routes). Your order status updates to Delivered automatically when the carrier marks it as such.

4. Did not receive your order?

If tracking shows Delivered but you have not received the parcel, contact us within 7 days. We open a claim with the carrier and either reprint the order or refund it in full once the claim is acknowledged. See our refund policy for details.
