Pricing Transparency
Every price on ArtMosa is listed in euros (EUR) and is the price you pay at checkout. We do not add surcharges, processing fees or "service charges" at the end. The full catalog lives on the pricing page; this page explains the rules behind those numbers.
1. Credit packages (one-time)

2. Subscriptions (monthly)
- Hobby — €7/mo · 50 credits.
- Creator — €15/mo · 150 credits, watermark-free previews.
- Business — €39/mo · 500 credits, commercial license.
Subscriptions renew on the same day each month and can be cancelled at any time. Monthly credits do not roll over.
3. What a credit buys
- Classic Mosaic preview — 1 credit
- Pop Art preview — 1 credit
- Stained Glass / Oil / Photo Mosaic preview — 3 credits
- HD download (any style) — 5 credits
4. Physical prints (billed in money, not credits)
- Poster 30×40 cm — €24
- Canvas 30×40 cm — €39
- Canvas 40×50 cm — €59
- Canvas 60×90 cm — €99
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and is shown before you pay. EU standard shipping starts at €5.90; US/UK at €9.90; rest of world at €14.90.
5. Taxes
For EU customers, VAT is included in the listed price. For other regions, applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed by Stripe at checkout before payment is taken. Your receipt always shows the exact breakdown.
6. Currency & conversion
We charge in EUR. If your card is in another currency, your bank performs the conversion at their rate — we do not add a markup. Stripe lists the converted amount on the receipt.
7. No hidden fees
ArtMosa does not charge: account fees, inactivity fees, "platform" fees, payment processing surcharges, or fees to download files you have already paid for. If anything you are charged does not match the table above plus shipping and tax, email billing@artmosa.com and we will refund the difference.
