Fulfillment Time
Most of what we sell is delivered instantly. Physical prints take longer because they are made and shipped by a real production studio.

Order lifecycle
- Paid. Stripe confirms the payment and your order appears in your dashboard within seconds.
- In production (1–3 business days). We send the HD file to our print partner. They color-proof and print.
- Shipped. You receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking link. Status in your dashboard updates to Shipped.
- Delivered. Carrier confirms delivery; status updates to Delivered.
Delays
If an order has not shipped within 10 business days, email support@artmosa.com with your order ID and we will either expedite production or refund the order in full.
