How we handle refunds, delivery, pricing and support — written in plain English so you always know where you stand.

Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your art. This policy covers the three things you can pay for on ArtMosa: credits, subscriptions and physical prints.

1. Credits and HD downloads

  • Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email us and we will reverse the charge to your original payment method.
  • Spent credits (used to generate a preview or download an HD file) are non-refundable, because the AI work and HD render have already been delivered.
  • If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, we automatically refund the credits to your account. No action needed from you.

2. Subscriptions

  • You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • New subscriptions are refundable in full within 7 days as long as fewer than 10 credits from that cycle have been spent.
  • Monthly credits do not roll over and are not refundable once the cycle ends.

3. Physical prints

  • Prints are made to order by our production partner. If your print arrives damaged, defective or visibly different from your preview, we will reprint or refund it in full.
  • Email support@artmosa.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
  • Because each print is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@artmosa.com from the address on your account, with your order or transaction ID. We reply within 1 business day and refunds reach your bank within 5–10 business days after approval.
